Saber-Toothed Cats are a famous form of Ice Age cat. Paleontology tells us that they all went extinct several thousand years ago. Yet, cryptozoology tells us they are still around. While they are rare, reports have surfaced from southern Central America and northern South America of these massive felines.
Appearance & DescriptionEdit
Saber-Toothed cats look like panthers or other solid-colored cats. They are much bigger, though, and a notable difference are huge fangs sticking out of the cryptid's mouth
Saber-Toothed Cats are probably surviving examples of their Ice Age counterparts. However, zoologist Bernard Heuvalmans felt they were more likely to be examples of the fanged, cat-like marsupial family Thylacosmilidae.
